We want to provide great products as well as helpful customer service. If you prefer placing your order by fax or by e-mail rather than using our online shop or if you have questions about payment methods, shipping costs or our products, simply contact our Customer Service Team. We are looking forward to answering questions and solving problems!

The main office hours at our headquarters in the Bavarian Forest (Germany) are in the morning between 8.00 a.m. and 12.00 p.m.; during this time our team is always available by phone or mail - in the afternoon we devote ourselves mainly to production.
Switzerland
In August 2021, Patrik Brunner and Linda Amacher took over the representation in Switzerland.

Caro Lucas has worked with our products for years as a farrier in Germany.
After love moved her to Canada, she has made it her mission to distribute our products in Canada and to provide local hoof care professionals with advice and support.
France
Werner Reiss is a farrier himself and has had many positive experiences with our products.
Since 2009 Werner and Beate are our partners in France.

Duplo Innovations was created mainly to expand our "team". We hope to have you as our extended arm so that we can get various feedbacks on the new products in the shortest possible time.
We also wanted to create an open exchange place with the forum on this page where you can tell us and others about your experiences and ideas. Unfortunately, we were forced to be a little more cautious due to market events.
